A reservation in OCPI
In , a provider reserves through the ReserveNow command: it names the , the location, optionally a specific charger, and the date and time when the reservation ends. A reservation can also be cancelled. On the charger side, 2.0.1 has a reservation functional block.
Reservations can have a price
Operators can charge for a reservation. OCPI tariffs can describe the cost of a reservation and a separate cost for a reservation that expires, when the driver does not start a session before the expiry time.
