What is on a charging receipt?
The provider's receipt number and price, the operator's charge point ID, session times and meter readings, the VAT split, the payment terms and the record number the session rests on. The deep dive reads one receipt line by line.
Explained in
The receipt of one session, line by lineThe receipt the driver's app shows after the 2:02 PM session, line by line: who issued it, the operator behind the charger, the measured energy, the contract price, VAT, the roaming authorisation and the record it rests on.- From the operator. The charge point ID, the session times, the meter readings, the authorisation route and the record number: everything measured at the charger, delivered in the charge detail record.
- From the provider. The receipt number, the price, the VAT split, the payment terms and the alternatives: everything that follows from the driver's contract.
- From the law. That the price was shown first, that the kilowatt-hours were measured by a meter under measuring law, and that the invoice will carry what VAT law requires.
